PACE (Progressive Aerobic Circuit Exercise) was developed in 1991 utilizing a unique hydraulic resistance. Each machine works opposing muscle groups in a push/pull manner. More muscle mass is employed on each machine and more calories are burned in the same time interval than any other circuit program.
